Mr. Raft serves as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of the Manager and is a member of the Sponsor. Mr. Raft has substantial experience in real estate, law, and securities, and provides senior fund management through supervision, analysis, and advice on company structure, compliance, finance, accounting, organizational and legal strategies, and oversight of relationships with the company’s outside third-party service providers specializing in those practice areas. Mr. Raft served in this capacity with the Manager’s affiliate since the beginning of 2019.
