In April 2025, we introduced Downtown San Jose’s first extended-stay hotel. Since opening, it has consistently welcomed a mix of business travelers and guests staying for events, frequently selling out on busy nights.

This year, the hotel has already drawn significant attention, including full bookings for the upcoming Super Bowl at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara. With the World Cup just months away, demand continues to grow, highlighting the hotel’s role as a key destination for visitors to the region.

Our Paseo Project has introduced one of Downtown San Jose’s top dining destinations: Eos & Nyx. Since opening in 2024, the restaurant has earned a stellar reputation, reflected in its high review ratings. Guests are drawn not only to its cuisine but also to its unique interior features, including a bar pulley system that transports bottles between the first- and second-floor bars.

Another standout tenant at Paseo, Urban Putt, is quickly becoming a go-to destination for events and gatherings. Its versatile event space overlooks a thoughtfully designed mini golf course, offering a fun and memorable experience for visitors of all ages.

Aquino

Our Aquino Project, now under construction, will bring 278 much-needed multifamily units to Downtown West. Groundbreaking took place in September 2025, with completion expected in late 2027.

This marks our second project in the neighborhood, with another on the horizon, reinforcing our commitment to Downtown West’s revitalization and long-term growth.
