Stay
In April 2025, our Keystone project opened as Downtown San Jose's first extended-stay hotel. It has welcomed business travelers and event guests ever since, frequently selling out on busy nights.
2026 brought a landmark events calendar to the region, with the Super Bowl at Levi's Stadium in February and FIFA World Cup matches in the Bay Area this summer, and the hotel saw strong demand throughout, including full bookings during the Super Bowl.

Live
Aquino, now under construction, is planned to bring 278 multifamily units to Downtown West, steps from Diridon Station. Together with our planned Gifford project (276 units), it is expected to deliver 554 homes on a single city block.
With an average of 9 applicants competing for every available rental unit in Silicon Valley, each new residence meets real, measurable demand.

Gather
Paseo introduced one of Downtown San Jose's most talked-about dining rooms, Eos & Nyx, complete with a bar pulley system that ferries bottles between its first- and second-floor bars. Its neighbor Urban Putt pairs a mini golf course with an event space that has quickly become a go-to for private gatherings.

The Community We Show Up For
Impact is more than square footage. These are some of the local businesses and organizations we've proudly supported over the years.
“San Jose is not just where we work: it is where we live, spend our time, and stay invested in the community.”
