Gifford is a planned residential project at 470 W. San Carlos Street in San Jose. The site sits directly across the block from Urban Catalyst's Aquino project, where 278 apartments are currently under construction.

Why this location
Gifford sits along West San Carlos Street near Diridon Station, Downtown West and established neighborhoods including Willow Glen, Rose Garden and Naglee Park. Together with Aquino, the project extends Urban Catalyst's housing investment along the corridor.
