Why this location

A residential cluster taking shape near Diridon and Downtown West.

Gifford sits along West San Carlos Street near Diridon Station, Downtown West and established neighborhoods including Willow Glen, Rose Garden and Naglee Park. Together with Aquino, the project extends Urban Catalyst's housing investment along the corridor.

01

554 homes on one block

Gifford's 276 planned homes and Aquino's 278 units would create a substantial residential cluster along West San Carlos Street.

02

Diridon connectivity

The site is positioned near Diridon Station and the broader Downtown West area, connecting residents to regional rail and downtown destinations.

03

Housing-focused evolution

The proposed shift from senior housing to multifamily reflects a plan to add more conventional rental housing to supply-constrained San Jose.
