Urban Catalyst Opportunity Zone Fund II, LLC (“Fund II”) is a $200,000,000 fund. It was launched in 2021 and includes the Icon/Echo ground up development project located in downtown San Jose, California. Icon is a 500,000+ square foot office building, and Echo is a 389 unit multifamily apartment building. This project has a fantastic location in the heart of downtown San Jose on Santa Clara Street, the “main street” of the central business district. It is across the street from City Hall, and right next to the future Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Station, making it the epitome of transit oriented development.  Icon is differentiated by design with world class architecture,  large floor-plates, a good parking ratio and exterior amenities including  rooftop gardens and extensive balconies.
